We partner with engineering and product teams to ensure our strategy aligns with the needs of our customers.</p><p><strong>Partner with the best</strong></p><p>As a Senior Product Architect you will drive innovative solutions for our rapidly growing Cloud networking products. You will help shape the next generation of our Cloud networking products and platforms. This includes Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Cloud Firewall, TCP/UDP Cloud Load Balancer, Direct Connect.</p><p>As a Product Architect Senior, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Demonstrating architectural leadership by owning end-to-end product designs which include provisioning, billing, monitoring, scaling, etc.</li><li class=\"lst\">Guiding the evolution of our cloud networking products using deep knowledge of the business and associated technology.</li><li class=\"lst\">Engaging cross-functionally to translate the requirements into functional designs.</li><li class=\"lst\">Socializing and building consensus around architectural decisions to provide stable and secure products.</li></ul><p><strong>Do what you love</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have the aptitude to work on large scale, distributed, cloud compute networks and clearly articulate solutions to complex problems</li><li class=\"lst\">Possess knowledge in internet and cloud technologies such as BGP, VPC, HTTP, TLS, Cloud Security, Kubernetes, compliance</li><li class=\"lst\">Have good coding and scripting skills for data analysis, proof of concepts, etc.</li><li class=\"lst\">Be very comfortable engaging senior technical SMEs across the organization to represent the products you are responsible for</li><li class=\"lst\">Be a good team player, collaborating with people from across the business and fluent in English</li></ul><p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
