You'll join a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. From your first day, you'll contribute to the interfaces that shape how professionals and citizens across Estonia interact with mission-critical systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You'll thrive here if you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 2+ years of experience as a software developer.</li>\n<li>Build web interfaces with a JavaScript-based framework such as React, Angular, Next.js, or similar.</li>\n<li>Are comfortable working with REST web services and writing automated tests.</li>\n<li>Hold a degree in IT or a natural sciences field, or have the hands-on experience to match.</li>\n<li>Are motivated by clean code, thoughtful UI, and getting the details right.</li>\n<li>Are comfortable working in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>An eye for UX/UI design, responsive design principles, or prototyping tools such as Figma.</li>\n<li>Full-stack instincts - if you also enjoy backend or devops, you'll have room to work across the stack here.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience from day one.
