    "description": "<p>The Claim Handler will directly support the Legal Manager in building and operating the Claim &amp; Insurance Control Tower related affairs. This role covers end-to-end cargo claim handling across air, sea, inland transport, and other services provided by Morrison, and assists in standardizing claim, insurance and legal risk management procedures.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>End-to-End Claim Handling<br>Handle and track cargo loss/damage cases, including documentation collection and liability assessment under applicable conventions.</li>\n<li>Subrogation &amp; Recovery<br>Pursue claims against liable parties, support recovery strategy, and assist in negotiation and settlement.</li>\n<li>Insurance Administration<br>Support policy management, underwriting coordination, and insurance reporting.</li>\n<li>System &amp; Process Enhancement<br>Maintain claims database, monitor KPIs, and support SOP development and process improvements.</li>\n<li>Cross-functional Coordination<br>Collaborate with global stations, insurers, and internal teams to facilitate claim handling and resolution.</li>\n<li>Support other legal department projects as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate.</li>\n<li>Fluent bilingual (Chinese/ English) written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/ Work Experience    </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 3 years of experience in cargo claims, freight forwarding, insurance or related legal fields.</li>\n<li>Familiar with international cargo liability frameworks (Montreal Convention, Hague-Visby Rules and other similar International Conventions and/ or applicable laws).</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with insurers.</li>\n<li>Cross-border or multicultural work experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Behavioral Competencies    </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-Oriented with strong document management and follow-through discipline.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple concurrent cases.</li>\n<li>Responsibility &amp; Accountability – Takes ownership of assigned tasks and ensures timely and reliable completion.<br></li>\n</ul>",
