    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">POSITION SUMMARY: The Multi-Store Supervisor will oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory, and cash management. Lead and develop people and coach them to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for each store. The Multi- Store Supervisor must follow standard operating policies and procedures.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>&bull; Control cost of goods, variances and inventories within the stores/ bars</p><p>&bull; Responsible for inventory control &ndash; Daily counting of daiquiri. Monthly and weekly counting of items, checking in items received, and stocking items</p><p>&bull; Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place</p><p>&bull; Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs</p><p>&bull; Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed</p><p>&bull; Placing cash orders for additional change</p><p>&bull; Measure, diagnose and correct cash management issues</p><p>&bull; Ensure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met</p><p>&bull; Verify and secure price or menu changes are correctly reflected in POS</p><p>&bull; Train, coach, and develop crew members</p><p>&bull; Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up</p><p>&bull; Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed</p><p>&bull; Provide effective, open, and consistent communication on goals during team meetings while recognizing positive contributions</p><p>&bull; Educate team on and enforce all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and security and safety procedures</p><p>&bull; Contribute to the hiring of crew members</p><p>&bull; Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service</p><p>&bull; Contribute to crew members&#39; performance reviews</p><p>&bull; Effectively handle customer issues;</p><p>&bull; Measure customer satisfaction and execute plan to improve both satisfaction and loyalty</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:</p><p>&bull; Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the store effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed</p><p>&bull; Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers</p><p>&bull; Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture</p><p>&bull; Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store</p><p>&bull; Ability to use a PC</p><p>&bull; Ability to understand financial reports</p><p>&bull; Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize</p><p>&bull; Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail</p><p>&bull; Proven track record of exceptional customer service</p><p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</p><p>&bull; Must be at least 18 years of age</p><p>&bull; Minimum 1 year of customer service experience</p><p>&bull; Minimum 2 years of store supervisor experience</p><p>CERTIFICATIONS:</p><p>- ServSafe Certification</p><p>- TAM Certification</p><p>- Sherriff Card</p><p>- Food Safety</p><p>- Other certifications may be required where applicable</p><p>ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS</p><p>&bull; Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data</p><p>&bull; Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.</p><p>&bull; Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.</p><p>&bull; Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors</p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
