The role requires a strong foundation in enterprise platforms such as <strong>Oracle</strong>, <strong>SAP</strong>, and <strong>Java/J2EE</strong>, along with experience in education technologies and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to integrate technology with the university’s strategic vision.</span></p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions using platforms such as <strong>Oracle ERP</strong>, <strong>SAP (Student Lifecycle Management, HRMS, Finance)</strong>, and <strong>Java/J2EE-based applications</strong>.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead the digital transformation of university services, including automation of academic, financial, and administrative processes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee integration and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and other academic platforms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with faculty and administration to implement innovative solutions for blended and online learning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure ensuring high availability, data security, and compliance with university and government regulations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Supervise and mentor the IT team including software developers, systems engineers, database administrators, and technical support staff.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure smooth implementation, integration, and upgrades of enterprise systems and applications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Work closely with vendors and partners to evaluate and deploy the latest technologies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and resource allocation in alignment with institutional priorities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor KPIs and report on project performance, system uptime, and service quality to senior leadership.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in an academic or public sector organization.</span></li>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience in Oracle (ERP/Database), SAP modules (SLCM, HR, Finance), and Java/J2EE-based application development.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of educational technologies, digital platforms, and automation tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with ERP implementation in an academic environment is highly desirable.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of data privacy, cyber security, and higher education compliance standards (NAAC, UGC, NIRF, etc.).</span></li>\n</ul>",
