This role is ideal for a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">licensed mental health professional<span> </span></span>seeking to work in youth behavioral health, juvenile care, or residential treatment. You’ll provide direct clinical services, supervise clinical staff, and support youth through the stabilization and treatment process.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Clinical Director Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the implementation of individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment plans</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing assessment, evaluation, and counseling to youth and their families under supervision of the licensed Clinical Director</li>\n<li>Oversee the delivery and documentation of all mental health and substance abuse services, including biopsychosocial assessments</li>\n<li>Supervise, direct, and evaluate clinical and case management staff</li>\n<li>Provide or coordinate training for clinical staff and direct-care teams</li>\n<li>Supervise specialized treatment programs such as Sexual Offender Treatment or Seven Challenges</li>\n<li>Provide diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, and crisis interventions</li>\n<li>Participate in on-call clinical duties as needed</li>\n<li>Serve as backup to the Designated Mental Health Authority when required by contract or regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist</span></li>\n<li>Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or related human services field</li>\n<li>Minimum two years of direct-care clinical experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screen</li>\n<li>Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Willingness to work with youth in challenging situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with trauma-informed care, group modalities, and residential settings</li>\n<li>Familiarity with child welfare, juvenile justice systems, and substance abuse treatment</li>\n<li>Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:</span><span> </span>Must be in good physical health and emotionally stable.
