About the Role ​​The Business Planner (OCM Specialist) plays a key role in supporting Enterprise Technologies initiatives by leading organizational change management (OCM) activities across projects and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing change management strategies that align with eHealth Saskatchewan’s strategic direction. The Business Planner works closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across the province to ensure successful adoption of technology and process changes. Acting as a change leader and strategic partner, this position supports the successful delivery of initiatives by guiding people, processes, and technology transitions from concept through implementation. What You’ll Do ​​Reporting to the Director, Network Services, you will: ​• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of organizational change management (OCM) frameworks and strategies • Facilitate and execute change management activities across Enterprise Technologies projects and initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support delivery of initiatives and business process improvements • Develop key OCM deliverables including communication, engagement, training, and readiness plans • Coach and mentor leaders, project teams, and stakeholders on change management practices and adoption strategies • Coordinate priorities, deliverables, timelines, and resources across cross-functional teams • Identify risks, issues, and barriers, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes • Develop metrics, reporting, and documentation (including presentations and decision materials) to measure and communicate progress What You'll Bring to the Team • ​​A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • Minimum 5 years of experience with group facilitation and planning large-scale initiatives. • Demonstrated experience linking strategy to operations, including IT policies, frameworks, and practices. • Knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies, and strategies. • Proven leadership ability, with experience guiding diverse teams through large-scale, province-wide change. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to varied audiences. • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and systems management skills, with the ability to assess challenges from multiple perspectives. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Understanding of public sector budgeting, forecasting, accountability, and decision-making processes. • A PMP, PROSCI, or a CMP certification would be considered an asset.
