&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Safely and efficiently run and manage production processes</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Troubleshoot and make adjustments as required</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong> (Duties required for successful job performance):&nbsp;</p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified for</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain and report all production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data on a daily basis, per the requirements of the job assigned</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understand and adhere to all job instructions for any production process for which the associate has been qualified on or is training on</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Observe and support all Sanoh America safety, housekeeping, and conduct policies</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understand and maintain all quality specifications for all production processes for which the associate has been qualified on or for which they are being trained on</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Train for additional production processes, as required by supervisor or designee</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Train other Sanoh America associates on any production process, as required by supervisor or designee</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Use of all personal protective equipment required per the job or per general Sanoh America policies</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Observe and maintain efficient machine and process operation; &nbsp;Adjust controls to ensure conformance with specified tolerances; &nbsp;Troubleshoot machine and process problems</p><p>10.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain basic tooling and equipment &ndash; Conduct tooling changeovers and adjustments; verify and adjust alignment of various tooling, guides, etc.; &nbsp;Maintain correct operational parameters for equipment and processes (temperature, pressure, dimensions, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>11.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conducting tooling changeovers and adjustments &ndash; If this is not done effectively, likely results include excess downtime, scrap and quality problems, and perhaps injuries</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
