The position entails serving as the main point of contact for staff regarding scheduling concerns, overseeing the shift schedule, including managing staff time off, handling unexpected absences, addressing lateness, and coordinating alternate staff to ensure adequate shift coverage. Additionally, monitoring and evaluating staff performance, handling conflicts following program guidelines, and responding to client and shelter emergencies in a timely manner are essential duties. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, updating the Nightly Shelter Log, and facilitating communication with other shift supervisors and the Program Manager are also key responsibilities. Finally, this role involves serving as a professional role model for both staff and participants in the program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours: 12:00AM-8:00am </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay For This Position Is: $20.00/ Hour</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications for this role include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Education and/or Experience Required at Entry: H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. with three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience working with a specific population is preferred.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certificate/Clearances</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License </li>\n <li> N.Y.S.
