          "text": "<p>Are you ready to optimize strategies and drive fleet performance? SIXT is seeking a<strong> Regional Fleet Strategist</strong> to take charge of analyzing, monitoring, and managing fleet operations across multiple regions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies, ensure optimal vehicle utilization, and streamline processes throughout the fleet lifecycle. If you’re passionate about leveraging analytics to improve outcomes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.</p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE AT SIXT</strong></p><ul><li>You will maintain and optimize the 78-week fleet model to ensure comprehensive lifecycle planning for all vehicles, from infleet to defleet. Provide Purchasing teams with vehicle model/region targets to guide procurement strategies</li><li>You will evaluate purchase proposals to ensure alignment with contribution margins. Approve fleet placements in collaboration with Revenue Management, optimizing regional distribution and factoring in lifecycle needs such as one-way rentals and transport to sale locations</li><li>You will track fleet utilization, Revenue per Day (RPD), residual value trends, and other fleet costs to refine strategies. Leverage sales performance metrics to guide inventory adjustments and strategic placements</li><li>You will oversee the buyback process, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate execution of vehicle returns</li><li>You will develop and manage defleeting strategies, tracking vehicles through all stages of the sale process.
