The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of some of the more complex clients. This includes managing the financial budget, forecasting, financial reporting, analysis and strategic support. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing financial models and providing financial guidance and support to the management team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert knowledge of financial management and budgeting</li>\n<li>Advanced Google Sheets skills and experience in financial modeling</li>\n<li>Skilled in financial reporting and analysis</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field</li>\n<li>CA(SA)/ CA(SA) Eligible/ CGMA</li>\n<li>Experience in a similar role in an online business is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are Looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone to attend the physical office at least 3 days per week. </li>\n<li>An individual who communicates productively to other team members.</li>\n<li>Grit. someone who possesses <span>the unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges, setbacks, and obstacles.</span></li>\n<li>Someone who has a DIY mentality where they <span>proactively tackle challenges and tasks through self-initiated efforts and resourcefulness.</span></li>\n<li><span>A candidate who is accountable for their performance by demonstrating commitment to achieving goals and delivering results with excellence as an individual, team, and company.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lastly, we encourage someone who has a touch of quirkiness showcased by embracing ones individuality and expressing unique traits, ideas, or behaviors.</span></li>\n</ul>",
