Front Desk Agent- Renaissance Allentown, Allentown, PA Flexible Availability Required Part Time Primarily 3pm-11pm./ 7am-3pm as needed. /Mid-shift as needed. Weekends and holidays are also required. $15.00/Hr. Criminal Background Check Required Position Overview: We’re looking for an engaging, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to our guests. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the first and last impression — setting the tone for a stay that’s both elevated and personalized.
What You’ll Be Doing: Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency during check-in/check-out. Accurately manage guest reservations, payments, and folios using our property management system. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel features and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, service requests, and concerns with confidence and care. Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs. Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the front desk area Follow all brand standards and operational procedures to maintain consistency and excellence. What We’re Looking For: Prior in person customer service experience required, especially in an upscale environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced or high-pressure situations. Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
