You will learn how transmission systems are planned, analysed, and optimised to support the energy transition.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Typical activities include (with training and support):</span></p>\n<p>· Supporting the development of power system consultancy services in kSA</p>\n<p>· Performing Data collection</p>\n<p>· Building, updating, and validating power system models</p>\n<p>· Contributing to studies related to renewable energy and battery storage integration</p>\n<p>· Performing power system simulations (load flow, short circuit, hosting capacity, transient stability,..etc.)</p>\n<p>· Preparing clear and structured technical reports and presentations</p>\n<p>· Gradually participating in client interactions and proposal preparation alongside senior experts</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will evolve based on your skills, interests, and development path, with close guidance from experienced power system specialists.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your profile</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for motivated graduates or junior engineers who are eager to learn and grow:</p>\n<p>· Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar</p>\n<p>· 0–3 years of experience (freshly graduates are welcome to apply)</p>\n<p>· Basic knowledge of power systems and transmission networks</p>\n<p>· First exposure to power system tools such as PowerFactory or PSS®E is a plus</p>\n<p>· Curious, proactive, and willing to develop technical and consulting skills</p>\n<p>· Comfortable working in a team and in an international environment</p>\n<p>· Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong asset)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p>· Permanent contract with a competitive salary package</p>\n<p>· Structured on-the-job training, mentoring, and technical coaching</p>\n<p>· Exposure to international projects and cutting-edge energy challenges</p>\n<p>· A clear career development path in a fast-growing consultancy</p>\n<p>· A collaborative and inclusive work culture where young talent is supported and valued</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diversity &amp; inclusion</span></p>\n<p>At EGI, we believe diverse teams drive better solutions.
