Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will take ownership of our digital marketing and campaigns for North America, with a focus on HubSpot, email marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth across North America. Primary Location: ​Across Canada or USA​ Work Model: ​ Hybrid (GTA); Remote (Outside of GTA) Employment Type: ​Permanent Full-Time​ Vacancy Status: ​Backfill​ Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 RESPONSIBILITIES HubSpot Support Design and manage workflows, automation, and campaign reporting Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management within HubSpot Training and support for the rest of the marketing team on HubSpot workflows, emails, and campaigns Email & Workflow Marketing Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences Create event workflows, including pre-event promotions, registration nurture, and post-event follow-up A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance Campaign Development & Execution Manage digital campaign tools to create and launch digital ads (search, display, social, etc.) across North America Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize ROI Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and impact on pipeline Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Native or fully fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English, with exceptional written and spoken French communication skills required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on HubSpot expertise (workflows, email automation, reporting) Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM/ABP) usage in HubSpot Proven experience creating and executing email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture workflows Experience managing digital ads campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and project management skills Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, particularly for North America markets, preferred ABOUT ADASTRA Adastra is a global leader in AI and data-driven transformation, helping organizations lead with artificial intelligence—responsibly, strategically, and at scale.
