If so, please read on!</p><p>SynergenX- Low T are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.</p><p>Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)</p><p>Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.</p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS </u></strong></p><ul><li>Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing</li><li>Current DEA license is a requirement</li><li>Have an NP or PA Certification</li><li>Willing to float between Webster, Pasadena, Friendswood, Galleria, Sugarland, Katy</li></ul><p><u><strong>Hours of Operation</strong></u></p><ul><li>Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM</li><li>Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 per month with incentivized pay)</li><li>We keep you to 40-41 hours a week</li></ul><p><strong><u>Training</u></strong></p><p>Must be able to train for 2 full weeks 10 consecutive business days, paid.<br> </p><p><u><strong>Benefits</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>PTO accrual with increases over time</p></li><li><p>Malpractice insurance covered</p></li><li><p>Scrubs provided</p></li><li><p>Major medical, dental, and vision insurance</p></li><li><p>Short-term and long-term disability insurance</p></li><li><p>CME allowance and CME PTO</p></li><li><p>Licensure renewal reimbursement</p></li><li><p>401(k) with excellent employer match</p></li><li><p>And more!</p></li></ul><p><br>Do you have sound medical decision-making skills?
