The position will require you to have a working knowledge of how each department functions to the level of possessing the ability to train and/or fill in with each department task. Performing job tasks within the departments will occur occasionally. The position will be one of the primary contacts for both customers and other PTA/CTOS Facilities.</p><p><strong>Essential</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&amp;&nbsp;Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise,&nbsp;schedule&nbsp;and&nbsp;perform&nbsp;top-level decision&nbsp;making&nbsp;for both&nbsp;the service and distribution departments within the facility</li><li>Provide&nbsp;complete,&nbsp;professional and high-level customer service&nbsp;and&nbsp;contact, communication&nbsp;and support as&nbsp;the primary&nbsp;point&nbsp;of contact for location employees&nbsp;and customers</li><li>Follow&nbsp;established&nbsp;company processes and procedures as well as all ASTM/OSHA standards&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure compliance in all job functions</li><li>Maintain regular&nbsp;and consistent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;with facility department leads to ensure all&nbsp;departments are meeting expectations</li><li>Supervise&nbsp;the shipping&nbsp;and&nbsp;receiving department&nbsp;and&nbsp;at times participate in&nbsp;this job function.&nbsp;Ensure that&nbsp;the&nbsp;materials&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;shipped are properly&nbsp;prepared, labeled&nbsp;and&nbsp;shipped in a timely manner</li><li>Collaborate with sales team to drive business and growth for the facility</li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships by visiting both existing and potential customers</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;appropriate paperwork (including purchase orders and&nbsp;prints)&nbsp;are correct and&nbsp;accounted for.&nbsp;All&nbsp;paperwork&nbsp;to&nbsp;be entered into ERP system.</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with accounting&nbsp;and&nbsp;purchasing&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;prompt&nbsp;vendor&nbsp;payment&nbsp;prior to month&nbsp;close.</li><li>Maintain documentation&nbsp;on packing&nbsp;lists&nbsp;for&nbsp;vendor AP&nbsp;invoice&nbsp;verification.</li><li>Ensure compliance to all inventory related activities including cycle count programs to minimize inventory gains/losses</li><li>Assist&nbsp;department leads&nbsp;with&nbsp;weekly&nbsp;employee timekeeping&nbsp;as necessary.</li><li>Maintain location schedule.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Clear, concise verbal and written skills. &nbsp; This position involves a lot of non-verbal customer service interactions.</li><li>Attention to&nbsp;detail&nbsp;is a&nbsp;must</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to work&nbsp;independently and as part of&nbsp;a&nbsp;team</li><li>The&nbsp;person&nbsp;in&nbsp;this&nbsp;position&nbsp;frequently communicates&nbsp;with&nbsp;others&nbsp;who&nbsp;have&nbsp;operational&nbsp;inquiries.&nbsp;Must&nbsp;be able&nbsp;to&nbsp;exchange accurate&nbsp;information&nbsp;in&nbsp;these&nbsp;situations.</li><li>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;observe&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpret&nbsp;operational&nbsp;data.</li><li>Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and PTO.</li></ul><p>The&nbsp;position&nbsp;must&nbsp;possess understanding&nbsp;and&nbsp;the ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;demonstrate/learn&nbsp;experience in&nbsp;the&nbsp;following&nbsp;areas:</p><p><strong>Rubber</strong><strong>&nbsp;Goods Testing:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of the&nbsp;operation&nbsp;of a rubber&nbsp;test lab.&nbsp;Previous experience in&nbsp;the testing&nbsp;of rubber&nbsp;gloves, sleeves, blankets,&nbsp;line hose, hoods,&nbsp;and boots&nbsp;helpful. Knowledge&nbsp;of ASTM standards&nbsp;required to&nbsp;safely&nbsp;ensure all goods&nbsp;have been&nbsp;properly&nbsp;tested.</li></ul><p><strong>Fiberglass</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Tool</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&amp; Equipment Restoration:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;restoration&nbsp;of&nbsp;Shotguns, Hot&nbsp;Arms,&nbsp;Link Sticks, Telescoping&nbsp;sticks helpful.&nbsp;Understanding the use of these items helpful.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp; Ground &amp; Jumper Cable Testing/Manufacturing:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge in the operation of a cable testing and manufacturing environment.
