About the Role We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (Tapuhi) to join our team in delivering high-quality nursing and health services to whānau across Northland. These roles are integral to supporting Whānau Oranga outcomes and ensuring culturally responsive care for Māori communities. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing care that reflects the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the kaupapa of Ngāti Hine Health Trust. This includes health promotion, needs assessment, case management, and proactive engagement with whānau in homes, marae, schools, and community settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based nursing care and health promotion programmes Fully Authorised Vaccinator Build strong relationships with whānau and community support services Maintain accurate records and reporting Uphold cultural competency and tikanga Māori in all aspects of care Collaborate with health, social, and disability services to achieve Whānau Ora goals About You NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate Strong understanding of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing needs Computer literacy and sound administrative skills Preferably familiar with Standing Orders Why Join Us?
