It also means knowing you’re at a stable company where you can expand your skillset, build your career, and move up in the ranks.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Wall Foreman at our Dane location, you will:</p><ul><li>Ensure proper conditions for job quality and safety before and during projects</li><li>Review crew member timecards</li><li>Complete vehicle mechanical and safety checklists daily</li><li>Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly</li><li>Coordinate with general contractor and/or customer&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with office to order fill sand, lumber, and gravel</li><li>Review jobsite for safety and access</li><li>Layout work for jobs including forms, height, pitch, etc.</li><li>Assign tasks to crew members</li><li>Organize grading and concrete pouring</li><li>Note changes in jobsite conditions and/or alterations and inform office</li><li>Complete final review of completed work to check quality</li><li>Attend foremen meeting and safety meetings as scheduled</li><li>Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely</li><li>Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials</li></ul><p><u><strong>Why Cru Concrete?</strong></u></p><p>Cru consistently partners with the largest builders in the state.
