This position also performs other accounting functions, such as treasury / banking tasks, audits, and IFTA reporting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Initiate bank wires and ACH payments</li><li>Upload positive pay file, manage positive pay exemptions, reviewing payment status, and issue positive payment voids</li><li>Complete daily cash receipts reporting</li><li>Monitor and prepare loan documentation for entering deductions on approved loans</li><li>Generate and compile accurate fuel and mileage detail for chargebacks/refunds submission to third party provider (InterTax)</li><li>Send fuel surcharge detail to appropriate agencies that are above threshold</li><li>Activate and maintain new EFS fuel cards and send new/replacement cards out, as needed</li><li>Instruct owners and drivers on proper usage of EFS cards</li><li>Communicate with truck owners/drivers/agents regarding questions or concerns</li><li>Provide detailed records and paperwork for loan audits</li><li>Create monthly/quarterly fuel and mileage reports to submit to 3rd party provider (InterTax)</li><li>Generate and provide accurate chargebacks/refund amounts for settlement purposes via upload files</li><li>Work with 3rd party provider (InterTax) to accurately file and pay IFTA returns per the appropriate state’s online portals</li></ul>",
