Operates and troubleshoots production. Perform minor repairs as necessary.&nbsp;Need to be able to read and understand blueprints, manuals, and work with computers.</p><p><strong>JOB DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.</li><li>Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.</li><li>Resolves assembly production issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete preventive maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.</li><li>Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.</li><li>Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer&#39;s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.</li><li>Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.</li><li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.</li><li>Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"104%\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Power Tools, Judgment, Decision Making.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2 - 5 years&rsquo; experience assembling or repairing of electronics equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with personal computers. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong>Preferred:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Good written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Medical device manufacturing experience.</li><li>Soldering experience strongly desired.</li></ol><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div>\n",
