Typical schedules include opening <strong>shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM</strong> and closing shifts that are generally <strong>11:00 AM to 7:30 PM</strong>. <strong>Weekend availability is required</strong> as part of supporting Resort operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Candidates must also <strong>possess a valid driver’s license</strong> and provide <strong>proof of insurance</strong>.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Build With Us</h2>\n<p>As part of our Waste & Recycling Operations team, you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help keep the Resort clean, organized, and guest-ready</li>\n <li>Collect, sort, transport, and process waste and recyclable materials across the property</li>\n <li>Support LEGOLAND® Resort sustainability and recycling initiatives</li>\n <li>Safely operate service route vehicles and waste management equipment</li>\n <li>Maintain waste and recycling areas to the highest cleanliness and safety standards</li>\n <li>Work alongside Resort teams to deliver world-class guest experiences</li>\n <li>Help support a cleaner, greener future through responsible waste practices</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<p>You’re a great fit if you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enjoy active, hands-on work</li>\n <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Have a positive attitude and team-first mindset</li>\n <li>Can stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities</li>\n <li>Take ownership of your work and show strong reliability</li>\n <li>Are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p>This role keeps you moving throughout the day and includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing and walking for extended periods</li>\n <li>Lifting and transporting materials up to 75 pounds</li>\n <li>Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n <li>Operating pallet jacks, pressure washers, compactors, and cardboard balers (training provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Valid Florida Driver License with a safe driving record required</li>\n <li>Comfortable operating an F-150 truck with trailer attachment (CDL not required)</li>\n <li>Theme park, hospitality, custodial, warehouse, or related experience is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $14.50/Hr.",
