This is a great opportunity for those interested in building a career in human services, with opportunities for growth and advancement. <strong>Shift differential included.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>10:30 pm - 7 am, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Chestnut Health Systems™ is a leading provider of integrated health care services. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards• Assist clients with daily living activities and routines• Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities• Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or equivalent required• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)• Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)• Valid driver’s license and insurability required if transporting clients</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
