As an Instructional Designer at Nusenda Credit Union, you will work with the Learning & Development team to apply current research and Instructional Design theory, based on the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSPI) to develop and update curriculum and digitize instructor-led modules in core classes. You will analyze the environment and target populations through needs assessments while applying fundamental research skills to instructional design projects. You will participate in cross-functional teams and works with external vendors to support ongoing organizational initiatives. You will work to ensure training methods are current, forward thinking and scalable.",
