With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implements and supports network equipment for voice and data including internet firewalls. </li>\n <li>Provides support for network hardware and software. </li>\n <li>Installs and troubleshoots network systems. </li>\n <li>Engages in the evolution of new products and services. </li>\n <li>Develops solutions requiring analysis and research. </li>\n <li>Leads IT projects related to network infrastructure following IT project methodology. </li>\n <li>Diagnoses and fixes complex network problems. </li>\n <li>Provides input and makes recommendations on network optimization, management and oversight.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li>\n <li><p>Advanced knowledge of corporate-level network architecture. </p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of ITIL Fundamentals. Ability to define and negotiate with vendors or suppliers for products and services. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex network issues. </p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. </p></li>\n <li><p>Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated multi-year experience in the administration and technical support of enterprise-level Cisco solutions.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco networking (wired and wireless), VoIP, WAN routing, and security protocols. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $85,000-$116,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
