The Director of Field Operations drives operational excellence, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s mission. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting directly to the Vice President of Ace Technologies, the Director of Field Operations serves as a key operational leader responsible for translating business strategy into successful field execution. Service Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee execution of special projects, contract work, and service operations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.</li>\n<li>Monitor job profitability, labor productivity, and resource allocation.</li>\n<li>Ensure seamless coordination between field teams, project management, and internal support functions.</li>\n<li>Drive responsiveness and efficiency in service delivery and inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion a culture of safety across all field operations.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, NFPA codes, and all applicable safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Partner with Safety and HR to address incidents, enforce standards, and promote proactive safety practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure all technicians maintain required certifications, licenses, and training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Excellence &amp; Quality Assurance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all installations meet design specifications, code requirements, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Provide leadership support for complex or escalated field issues.</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards across life safety, security, and technology systems.</li>\n<li>Support ongoing technical training and development to keep pace with evolving technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers responsible for various field functions.</li>\n<li>Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan within field operations.</li>\n<li>Establish performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to maintain the resources and capacity necessary to efficiently manage and complete backlog.</li>\n<li>Provide support to business development in securing maintenance opportunities on completed projects and identifying additional work that can be developed into ongoing services for Ace Technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Efficiency &amp; Process Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement across scheduling, dispatch, installation, inspections, and service workflows.</li>\n<li>Implement standardized operating procedures and enforce adherence.</li>\n<li>Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to support growth.</li>\n<li>Improve communication and coordination between field and office teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Experience &amp; Relationship Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure exceptional customer experience across all field interactions.</li>\n<li>Support resolution of escalated customer concerns.</li>\n<li>Partner with Business Development to support client retention and growth.</li>\n<li>Maintain a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resource Planning &amp; Workforce Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead workforce planning efforts including staffing, scheduling, and utilization.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper allocation of labor and resources across projects and service demands.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs and workforce development strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</li>\n<li>10+ years of leadership experience in field operations within low voltage, life safety, security, or related industries.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing multiple field teams and service lines.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of fire alarm, security systems, access control, and network infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and team accountability.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets, labor productivity, and job profitability.</li>\n<li>Experience leading a $30–50M low voltage company preferred;
