The hours of work flex, they will be less during the summer months, then increase in the fall. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Operator</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> is responsible for job rotation of intake, processing, and preparing of new and reused products. Reporting to the Shift Lead, the incumbent will handle scanning, sorting, and labeling of incoming products.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">General</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Loading and unloading dirty/clean product into and out of an industrial dishwasher</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Rotate to various areas; Scan, wash, and dry returned (dirty) products </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Sort products based on size, scan into box, and package </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Label new inventory and repackage into box </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Prepare orders and organize inventory </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Clean work area daily including sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Duties as assigned </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Able to take initiative and work individually. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Able to work within a team environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Able to adapt to varying responsibilities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read, write, and speak in English. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 10pt\">Secondary school diploma </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Working Conditions:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The facility can be subject to temperature fluctuations.
