    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <div>\n  <p><strong>Role Type:</strong> Full-Time |&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><strong>Role Summary</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>The Senior Backend Developer will implement backend services powering the Notification Hub, including routing logic, preference synchronization workflows, webhook ingestion components, and vendor adapter integrations. This role focuses on building highly reliable, event-driven microservices deployed on GKE using Pub/Sub and Avro.&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop Java/Spring Boot microservices for routing, preference sync, webhook ingestion, and batch jobs.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Implement Pub/Sub consumers with concurrency controls, retry logic, DLQ, and idempotency handling.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Process Avro payloads and implement schema validation, transformation, and enrichment.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Build API integrations with Listrak and other messaging/MarTech systems using the adapter pattern.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Integrate with internal APIs (MDM, CRM, profile services) for data enrichment.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Contribute to secure webhook handling and event publishing.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Implement resilience features: circuit breakers, exponential backoff, and message-level deduplication.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and operational troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>6–10 years backend engineering experience.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with event-driven platforms (Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with Avro or schema-based messaging formats.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with Kubernetes/GKE deployments.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Strong integration experience with external APIs.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>Preferred</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience in messaging platforms, ESP integrations, or customer engagement systems.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of webhook design and security</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n  <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br>\n   Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br>\n   Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
