Reporting to the Assistant Principal, they provide high-quality instruction and/or targeted interventions that align with the school’s vision and support both student growth and equity-focused outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 131, 154); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Major Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Designs and delivers high-quality, inclusive enrichment experiences</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develops and implements culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate lessons in PE</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Incorporates Montessori values and materials where appropriate to deepen student engagement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plans units that reflect ABAR (Anti-Bias/Anti-Racist) principles and elevate the traditions, histories, and voices of all students</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Encourages student agency, choice, and reflection in the creative process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supports school-wide enrichment initiatives and events (e.g., performances, exhibitions, field days)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Provides Tier 2 and/or 3 academic intervention aligned with student needs</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Delivers small-group or individual instruction in literacy and/or math</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Uses data and observation to identify learning needs and monitor student growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Works collaboratively with classroom teachers to support academic follow-up during the work cycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participates in MTSS meetings and aligns interventions to school-wide goals and progress monitoring protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supports both push-in and pull-out models of intervention as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certification or endorsement in content area preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of two years of teaching or intervention experience in an urban or public charter setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with the Montessori Method strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusivity, and ABAR-aligned teaching practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 131, 154);
