The Installer performs associated duties in the field and shop, delivers supplies and maintains pertinent records as required.&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><i><strong>Duties and Responsibilities of Residential Installer&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></i></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment required by customer or ADT order.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Makes connections and required adjustments as directed; test operation of all components of each system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Evaluates information furnished for the job, delivered materials, layout of customer's premises and practical routes for cable, conduit and/or wiring.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Promptly reports defective material or equipment, inaccuracies or omissions in job information that may result in inadequate protection for customer use.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Follows safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Safeguards against loss of unused materials, ladders, and tools on a job site or office location.</li>\n   <li>Cleans up debris from installation, patches drill holes, and returns unused materials.</li>\n   <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n   <li>Maintain 93% or above Quality.</li>\n   <li>Performs Upsells of $850 or above a month.</li>\n   <li>You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.</li>\n   <li>This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><i><strong>Education/Work Experience Required:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></i></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High School degree or equivalent mandatory.</li>\n   <li>Electronic Trade School training desired</li>\n   <li>3 years maintenance/installation experience</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><i><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></i></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Excellent communications skills required.</li>\n   <li>Valid driver's license.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p>Los Angeles Applicants: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.​</p>\n  <p>Philadelphia Applicants: Background checks will be conducted during the employment process.
