    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>WAREHOUSE Order Selector</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Shift: Sunday, 2:00PM through completion plus - </strong>Mon. - Thurs 8:00AM - 4:30PM </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $20.00 - $22.63/hr. plus full benefits.</strong> weekly incentives up to<u> $4 per hour available based on attendance, teamwork, and productivity.</u> Ending shift times may vary based on volume.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Summary:</strong> Benefits for Harbor Team Members include Vacation, Sick Leave, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Order Selector General Summary: </strong><strong>Use the voice pick system, to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner while filling the tote in the correct sequence.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have a strong drive to work hard, excel in a team environment, have a keen eye for detail, and a sense of urgency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<p>Order Selector - Cases</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use the voice pick system, to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner filling the tote in the correct sequence</li>\n <li>Learn the order of the aisles and their sections, learn product and its location, matching UPC code on product to the picking remote listening device</li>\n <li>Position pick tags on product to facilitate deliveries</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication skills are a must</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and accuracy</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity (finger, hands, wrist) Multi-limb coordination; Near vision; Trunk strength</li>\n <li>Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with other employees to foster team work while maintaining a sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk for 5-6 hours a shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience in a warehouse, distribution or like facility, consistent work history with reliable attendance.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Due to the volume of applications Harbor receives, we regret we cannot respond to every inquiry.
