With a strong reputation, a loyal and growing donor base, and healthy and stable financials, the CAP Agency is investing even further in its housing program.</p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong><br>The Family Service Coordinator (FSC) in Supportive Housing will assist clients experiencing homelessness with housing search and placement activities and provide case management services to reach goals.
