You will work cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, BaseOps, Maintenance & Repair, Engineering, and EHS teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.<br><br><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities ( Must have)</strong><ul><li>Coordinate vehicle repair scheduling and optimize repair turnaround time</li><li>Monitor current and historical fleet health, open issues, and maintenance status</li><li>Create and maintain accurate fleet records, repair logs, and maintenance documentation</li><li>Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly fleet performance reports</li><li>Perform quality inspections on repair orders to ensure compliance with company standards</li><li>Support parts ordering, availability tracking, and inventory coordination</li><li>Close feedback loops between repair outcomes, product design, and operations teams</li><li>Conduct monthly shop safety inspections and submit findings to EHS</li><li>Interface with multiple internal systems to manage work orders, tickets, and maintenance workflows</li><li>Systems, Tools & Technical Tasks</li><li>Create and manage Jira tickets, Confluence documentation, and internal dashboards</li><li>Generate SERVO Work Orders (WO) and link to BaseOps Jira tickets</li><li>Create SAP Manufacturing Orders (MO) and manage parts requests</li><li>Track parts installation, dismantling, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates</li><li>Manage parts requests via LOGX, AHMO Service Help Desk, and Slack channels</li><li>Log maintenance activities using VH6B2, VH6B3A, VH6B3B Maintenance systems</li><li>Support vehicle calibration requests, TVR2 ticket creation, and vehicle move requests</li><li>Ensure end-to-end traceability from issue identification through resolution</li></ul><br><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications ( Nice to have)</strong><ul><li>1–2 years experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environment</li><li>Familiarity with automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance fundamentals</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously</li><li>Experience working with ticketing systems, work orders, and operational tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong><br>Experience in automotive service operations, fleet operations, or repair shops<br>Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office<br>Experience supporting cross-functional engineering and operations teams<br>Exposure to autonomous vehicles, EV fleets, or advanced mobility platforms<br><br><strong>How to</strong> <strong>Apply</strong> <br>Submit your updated CV and complete the screening questions.
