This is a unique opportunity for a senior consultant to play a key role in shaping and growing our Gulf Coast remediation practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate established client relationships, technical and regulatory expertise, and project management/client management leadership. Technical and regulatory expertise should be in site investigation and remediation, with possible cross-over into permitting, environmental due diligence, and environmental compliance.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Business development and client management</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Managing complex site investigation and/or remediation projects&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Leading Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies, interim actions, and final remedies</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Selection, design, and implementation of site remediation (including in situ and ex situ techniques and technologies)</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Proposal preparation and cost estimating</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Data evaluation and reporting</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Relevant State and Federal environmental regulations</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Cleanup of contaminated media including groundwater, surface water, soil, soil vapor, and sediments</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrated commitment to client service, including high quality work, ethical standards, and strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Management of staff to complete field efforts and deliverables</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Bachelor&#39;s or master&#39;s degree in an environmental engineering related field, or natural sciences (e.g., geology, hydrogeology)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">10 to 20+ years&rsquo; experience in the environmental consulting industry performing/managing environmental site investigation and remediation</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">5+ years of business development and client management experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">5+ years of project management experience</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Quantitative and data analysis expertise</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Professional licensure as a PE, PG/LG, LHG, or similar</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative project-team environment, interchangeably supporting co-workers and engaging co-workers&rsquo; support to meet the specific needs of a wide range of projects.
