The Conflicts Attorney/Senior Conflicts Attorney is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Firm conflict waivers and reviews client Outside Counsel Guidelines for Firm compliance. This position reports to the Director of Conflict Services, the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel.</p>",
