    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is hiring a BIM/VDC Engineer for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create detailed 3D models and assemblies of electrical equipment and products using AutoCAD Inventor.</li>\n <li>Produce complete and accurate production drawing packages for use by the production and prefabrication teams.</li>\n <li>Experience with Electrical layouts, read and interpret Blueprints and Electrical schematics. </li>\n <li>Interpret design concepts, markups, and technical specifications to develop buildable models and drawings.</li>\n <li>Ensure models and drawings comply with internal design standards, quality expectations, and production capabilities.</li>\n <li>Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project teams or production personnel.</li>\n <li>Work closely with the Product Engineering team to improve design processes and standards.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development of templates, libraries, and standard parts within AutoCAD Inventor to drive efficiency.</li>\n <li>Support the resolution of design-related challenges during fabrication or installation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s Degree or higher in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in CAD drafting or product design using AutoCAD Inventor.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in developing 3D models and production drawings.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD 2D is a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC components is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret Electrical layouts, blueprints construction drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.</li>\n <li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in electrical construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with fabrication methods and production processes.</li>\n <li>Experience creating equipment models for modular or prefabricated assemblies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Excellent benefits package includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Supplemental Insurance: Accident & Critical Illness</li>\n <li>FSA</li>\n <li>401K & ROTH 401K</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Bonus Plan</li>\n</ul>",
