Any additional costs associated with the vaccination process will be covered by Allied Universal.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Allied Universal is currently hiring experienced Security Professionals for a high-profile pharmaceutical client in North York, ON.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a polished and reliable professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work rotating shifts, and experience in controlled-access or sensitive environments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor access control systems and CCTV</li>\n <li>Conduct regular patrols of the facility (foot and vehicle)</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong security presence in a high-profile environment</li>\n <li>Communicate professionally with site personnel, management, and security teams</li>\n <li>Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs</li>\n <li>Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage</li>\n <li>Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience</li>\n <li>1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high-security environment</li>\n <li>Must be 25 years of age or older (company vehicle insurance requirement)</li>\n <li>Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record required</li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Canada</li>\n <li>Valid Ontario Security Guard License</li>\n <li>Standard First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided)</li>\n <li>Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use</li>\n <li>Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor)</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a vehicle in all weather conditions</li>\n <li>Capable of standing/walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 15 kg</li>\n <li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n<p>As part of the hiring process, candidates must complete a background check.
