THE ROLE: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide exceptional customer service to nursing home staff, physician office staff, and patients always via phone; · Enter data into a specialized computer system; · Dispatch AHA's Mobile Phlebotomists and Couriers; · Track specimen collection and reporting; · Trouble shoot missing, incomplete, and incorrect orders; · Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers always; · Exceptional Customer Service skills, a must.
