Description

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler II who will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information used to schedule complex, multidisciplinary construction, and major equipment installation projects. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 130,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collect, input, and analyze schedule information quickly and reliably Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. Research and reports on various external and internal factors that may impact project success. Evaluates current processes and recommends changes to improve efficiency of scheduling of projects. Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and the Director of Project Controls Attends and/or establishes department planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs Familiarize themselves with engineering, construction, and procurement processes in order to provide helpful inputs, feedback, and review of schedule durations and logic Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the project timeline
