We provide a full continuum of outpatient services, including <strong data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1167\">psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial care</strong>. Our integrated team includes <strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1297\">psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, counselors, and peer professionals</strong>, all dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents.</p><p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1837\"><strong data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1413\">Position Summary:</strong><br data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1416\">The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides visionary leadership and operational oversight across all Stress Care of NJ locations. This executive role ensures high-quality patient care, operational excellence, financial stability, and regulatory compliance.
