This role manages supplier quality, conducts inspections and audits, and supports sourcing activities to ensure products meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control &amp; Product Sourcing (Especially on Gift &amp; Premium)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct incoming, in‑process, and final inspections according to AQL or customer specifications</li>\n<li>Review and approve samples, pre‑production samples, and golden samples</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain inspection reports, corrective action reports (CAPA), and quality records</li>\n<li>Follow up on non‑conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions</li>\n<li>Ensure products comply with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supplier Quality Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on quality, capability, and compliance</li>\n<li>Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (defect rate, on‑time delivery, responsiveness, etc.)</li>\n<li>Communicate quality expectations clearly to suppliers and ensure implementation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sourcing Support</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in supplier sourcing and development, including RFQs, sample evaluation, and trial orders</li>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers on materials, lead times, production schedules, and quality requirements</li>\n<li>Support cost, quality, and risk comparisons during sourcing decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">‑</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Coordination</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with merchandising, production, engineering, logistics, and sales teams</li>\n<li>Liaise with third‑party inspection agencies when required</li>\n<li>Support customer audits, factory visits, and quality investigations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field</li>\n<li>2–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and/or sourcing (factory or trading company background preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of quality control standards (AQL, ISO 9001 preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with factory inspections, audits, and supplier management</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs</li>\n<li>Familiar with manufacturing processes and materials understanding (customize: plastics / metal / textiles / electronics, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills</li>\n<li>Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers</li>\n<li>Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li>\n<li>Well‑organized with good documentation discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language &amp; Other Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to factories when required</li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n</ul>",
