This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in developing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,</p>\n<p>Plumbing) engineering drawings and models.</p>\n<p>Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will assist in creating and maintaining Revit and CAD documentation for a variety of projects, including commercial,</p>\n<p>education, aviation, and healthcare facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical skills, gain exposure to real-world project workflows, and develop within a collaborative engineering environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of MEP design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD under.</li>\n<li>Editing and refining 2D drawings, such as construction plans, layouts, and details based on engineering input or design changes.</li>\n<li>Modifying existing drawings by adjusting lines, annotations, and symbols to ensure the drawings meet design requirements and PBS standards.</li>\n<li>Develop floor plans, sections, diagrams, and basic detail drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li>\n<li>Work with existing Revit models and CAD files to incorporate redlines, markups, and design changes.</li>\n<li>Follow company BIM/CAD standards and templates to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with senior technicians and engineers to understand project requirements and delivery timelines.</li>\n<li>Learn and contribute to drawing/model file(s) preparation and organization in Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360/ACC). </li>\n<li>Participate in training sessions and actively develop drafting and modeling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–3 years of hands-on experience using Revit and/or AutoCAD in a professional or internship setting, with exposure to real project deliverables.</li>\n<li>Associate degree or certificate in Drafting, Design Technology, or related field (or currently enrolled).</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of building systems and construction.</li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn MEP design documentation processes and industry.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to take directions from senior team. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to Autodesk BIM360/ACC.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with sheet setup, view templates, or model navigation in.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and file organization best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Career Growth Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>This position offers growth potential into more advanced modeling and coordination roles.
