This individual will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of our manufacturing and plant operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing, to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced and challenging environment.</p><p>This will be an on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Marietta, Ohio.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute an overall recruiting strategy for manufacturing type positions</li><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications</li><li>Team up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position</li><li>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives</li><li>Prepare and post jobs to appropriate ATS, job boards, talent partner platforms</li><li>Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and innovative methods</li><li>Screen candidate&#39;s resumes and job applications</li><li>Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule</li><li>Assess applicants&#39; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes</li><li>Monitor and apply recruiting best practices</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process</li><li>Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in recruiting&nbsp;</li><li>Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong sense of ugency</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
