    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A private, growing family of three (soon to be four) living in Pacific Heights, California, is seeking a top-notch career nanny to join their team. The role is Monday through Friday, 40 to 45 hours per week. The family has a 3-year-old and a newborn. This is a ASAP start. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The role will be primarily child-focused; however, as the child ages and nap and school times change, some assistance with organizing and daily tidying would be appreciated. Other duties will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creating a warm, nurturing environment while maintaining appropriate boundaries for an active and bright toddler </li>\n <li>Helping with the transition of the new baby into the household</li>\n <li>Planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities and educational experiences; someone who can really educate and be focused on child's development and upcoming milestones </li>\n <li>Researching and coordinating local adventures and outings for enrichment</li>\n <li>Providing transportation to activities (excellent driving skills required)</li>\n <li>Walking to playgrounds and setting up play dates</li>\n <li>Coordinating schedules, managing appointments</li>\n <li>Meal preparation for the child and help with any bottles or formula for the infant</li>\n <li>Child laundry</li>\n <li>Child-related organizing and restocking of items </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactive and energetic</li>\n <li>Independent, not needing constant direction</li>\n <li>Team player mentality</li>\n <li>No task too big/small mentality, willing to help out where needed- help unload dishwasher, take out trash, etc.</li>\n <li>Background in childhood education or education is a plus.</li>\n <li>The ability to speak Spanish or Mandarin is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The candidate must drive and have a safe and reliable car</li>\n <li>The family is only considering candidates who live in areas that do not require the Bay Bridge as a daily commute route</li>\n <li>You must have infant and toddler experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team with the parents</li>\n <li>Current CPR/First Aid certification</li>\n <li>TrustLine registered, or willing to register</li>\n <li>Legal to work in the US</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly rate DOE and ranges from $45-$65 per hour.</li>\n <li>The family offers full benefits for a successful career-oriented candidate. </li>\n <li>Benefits include PTO, health care, a 401 (k) plan, and a phone stipend.</li>\n</ul>",
