    "description": "<p><span>Benchmark Therapy and Rehab is a large therapy practice providing services to a multitude of providers in Home Health, and we are seeking compassionate and driven Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy team.</span></p>\n<p><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">For this Opportunity: </span></span></p>\n<p><span> Benchmark Therapy provides therapy in geriatric healthcare in the home settings that produces measurable outcomes through therapy interventions to truly make a difference in someone's life. </span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Therapist Assistant- Home Care</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists one or more Physical Therapists in evaluating and providing treatment to help patients recover from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care setting.</li>\n<li>Prepares patients and equipment for therapy and implements treatment plans specified by the therapist.</li>\n<li>Instructs the patient and guides them in exercises and stretching.</li>\n<li>Provides hands-on therapy and treatments.</li>\n<li>Records patients' reaction to treatment and provides status reports at the end of each treatment.</li>\n<li>Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.</li>\n<li>Requires a state physical therapist assistant license.</li>\n<li>Reports to physical therapist.<br></li>\n<li>Must have a valid Driver's License</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You will enjoy:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible Schedules (you have the ability to manage your own schedule)</li>\n<li>One on one patient care</li>\n<li>No weekend requirements - holiday rotation is not required<br></li>\n<li>Mileage reimbursement</li>\n</ul>",
