    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><img src=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/cccustom/Client/Recruitment/txalloylogo_cd9d4369-f860-4e76-a185-74b5d828c740.png\" style=\"width: 300px;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\"></p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY</u></strong></p><p>The Laborer I is primarily tasked with sorting and separating materials and with general maintenance of the yard. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ol><li>Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment, when and where required.</li><li>Separate metals, which may require using a torch, and sort into the appropriate receptacles.</li><li>Direct customer traffic in the yard.</li><li>Assist the Greenbuilder department when requested.</li><li>Comply with company safety policies and with Occupational Safety &amp; Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.</li><li>Maintain a clean work area.</li><li>Immediately report any safety violations or unsafe conditions.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><u><strong><br></strong></u></p><p><strong><u>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Completion of some formal education</li><li>At least six months of related experience</li><li>Must have dependable transportation</li><li>Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as requested or needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for products used in operations</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Ability to be forklift certified&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>PREFERRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or its equivalent</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
