    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Session-Based Contract BCBA &ndash; Washington, DC</strong><br><strong>Cole Academy ABA Therapy | 1099 Contract | Flexible Schedule</strong></p><p>Cole Academy ABA Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to partner with us in the Washington, DC area as a session-based/contract BCBA. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the ability to support families without taking on a traditional full-time caseload.</p><p>At Cole, we are family-owned, clinician-led, and grounded in our values of Patient First, Integrity, Heart of Service, Faith, and Hope. We believe in ethical, individualized ABA services and in supporting clinicians so they can do their best work with the families they serve.</p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong><br>1099 Independent Contractor<br>Session-based / as-needed clinical support<br>Flexible scheduling based on client and family needs</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>$95&ndash;$125 per billable hour/session, based on experience, availability, case needs, and clinical skill set</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br>Provide BCBA clinical supervision and oversight for assigned clients<br>Conduct caregiver/parent training and support<br>Review and update treatment plans and programming as clinically appropriate<br>Analyze data and make treatment recommendations<br>Collaborate with RBTs, families, and internal clinical leadership<br>Complete required documentation in a timely and professional manner<br>Support high-quality, ethical ABA services in home, community, school/daycare, or hybrid settings as needed</p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong><br>Active BCBA certification in good standing<br>Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field<br>Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays<br>Strong parent training and communication skills<br>Ability to work independently while staying aligned with clinical expectations<br>Reliable documentation, organization, and follow-through<br>Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain it<br>Availability for daytime, after-school, or evening sessions preferred</p><p><strong>Preferred, but Not Required:</strong><br>Experience with in-home or community-based ABA<br>Experience supervising RBTs<br>Experience with insurance-funded ABA documentation<br>Experience working with early learners and school-aged children<br>DC/DMV market experience</p><p><strong>Why Partner with Cole?</strong><br>Flexible session-based work<br>Supportive clinical leadership<br>Family-owned and clinician-led organization<br>Ethical, patient-first approach to care<br>Opportunity to help grow services in a new market<br>Collaborative team culture without the feel of being &ldquo;just another contractor&rdquo;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br>Flexible; based on client needs and BCBA availability.
