    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>We are hiring an<strong> Executive Director </strong>at <strong>Balfour Littleton </strong>who is responsible for providing exemplary leadership to a management team and driving high standards in resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance and process management. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance</li>\n <li>Effectively manage all operational areas of the community</li>\n <li>Ensure that residents receive appropriate care</li>\n <li>Conduct community business planning and forecasting</li>\n <li>Achieve results for revenue growth and expense management</li>\n <li>Create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets</li>\n <li>Manage vendor relationships</li>\n <li>Execute and support the Sales Leadership process</li>\n <li>Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends</li>\n <li>Improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services</li>\n <li>Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth </li>\n <li>Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker’s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passion for excellence</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>College degree</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in Business Management preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 8-10 years’ management level experience</li>\n <li>Experience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferred</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements and/or Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administrator license for state is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
