We help clients achieve their advertising goals through strategic, creative, and impactful media solutions. </p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a new WordPress development and design lead to support our team. This is a dynamic and cross-functional product leadership role, as it is highly hands-on and technical.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead WordPress development initiatives, including site rebuilds, feature enhancements, and platform standardization efforts.</li>\n <li>Design and implement website features, functionality, membership models and UX improvements across the company’s digital portfolio.</li>\n <li>Manage relationships and workflows with external development, maintenance, hosting, and advertising partners, including BigScoots, NerdPress, CultivateWP, Raptive, and Mediavine.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and direct independent contractors and external developers to support ongoing web initiatives.</li>\n <li>Gather, vet, prioritize, and manage website enhancement requests from internal stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable development plans.</li>\n <li>Create interface and feature designs in Figma and oversee implementation internally or through external teams.</li>\n <li>Manage website administration through WordPress, including plugin implementation, updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.</li>\n <li>Consolidate and standardize plugins, forms, and shared functionality across multiple websites.</li>\n <li>Perform front-end and back-end updates using HTML, CSS, PHP, and code snippets to support business and advertising objectives.</li>\n <li>Investigate and implement solutions to improve Core Web Vitals (CWV), accessibility, user experience, and overall site performance.</li>\n <li>Coordinate advertising technology integrations and optimizations, including ad platform migrations, GTM management, and Raptive/Mediavine support.</li>\n <li>Manage Cloudflare configurations, DNS updates, API token setup, caching, and related infrastructure tasks.</li>\n <li>Administer user access and permissions across development, hosting, GitHub, and website platforms.</li>\n <li>Support email marketing initiatives, including form implementation and marketing script management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years in a Sr. web development, design or web product management role.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentation.</li>\n <li>Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understand.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>100% Remote Role.</li>\n <li>Bonus program, benefits, 401k.</li>\n <li>Flex PTO.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work with a talented, collaborative team in a fast-paced and growing industry.</li>\n <li>Room for growth and advancement within the company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#INDAN</p>",
