This position is live-out- candidates must be local to Cape Cod and have their own accommodations. This role will start at the beginning of June and run through mid-August, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility for occasional date nights. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>All childcare for two children, ages 2.5 and 6 months, including meal, nap, and hygiene routines</li>\n <li>Plan and execute engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in the home and surrounding area</li>\n <li>Work as a team with two work-from-home parents</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactive self starter who is confident in creating a schedule and planning activities </li>\n <li>Able to handle an infant and toddler simultaneously </li>\n <li>Conscientious communicator- willing to keep parents informed, without looking to them for direction or permission </li>\n <li>Easy-going and fun </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>US work authorization</li>\n <li>Local to Cape Cod</li>\n <li>Driver's license and comfort driving with children </li>\n <li>Able to swim and supervise children around the water </li>\n <li>Comfortable around dogs </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$30-40/hr.
