Develop and maintain detailed schedules, analyze progress and risks, and support decision-making through forecasting and scenario planning. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, reporting on schedule performance, and contributing to claims or dispute analysis. Scheduler may also provide leadership by mentoring junior staff and establishing scheduling best practices.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Education Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field. font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">5-10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with time impact analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with construction claims and change orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Flexibility in schedule based on assigned schedule and duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Primavera P6 proficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">WBS Knowledgeable</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
